Payment Rejected

I’m using virtual cards for online payments. With DigitalOcean from time to time I have problems. The card I used stopped working some time ago (it works fine on other platforms). Then I defined another card and used it for several months and this month it also stopped working. And I can use that card on several other platforms for online payment. What is the problem with DO payments? Do I need to setup new card every 6 months?
