I have recieved a promo code for the GitHub student developer pack, but before I can use it I need to verify my billing information. As I am a student, I do not have a credit card. When I attempt to pay through PayPal, it says that DigitalOcean requires that I verify the address associated with my PayPal account. The only way that I can do this is by linking a credit card to my PayPal account, but I do not have a credit card. Is there any other way to complete the billing setup and use my promo code?

I would open a ticket with the support team. I think they have other means of verification.
