I am running Ubuntu 14.04 Singapore based server. I am also using sentora free web panel with it. My website goes down after running for few mins. When I reboot it works fine and then again goes down after few mins. Any one can help me?

This question was answered by @SphericalCow:
the log in the screenshot seems to suggest that it might be related to the MaxRequestWorkers setting in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf (if using CentOS). According to https://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/mod/mpm_common.html#maxrequestworkers, it seems like the default value is 256 which I would think would be sufficient.
In general, I usually advise against using web panels unless you are really familiar with setting it up. I look in my Apache access logs from time to time, and there are always these requests to phpMyAdmin. probably to look for vulnerabilities. phpMyAdmin is not installed on my droplet, but there are these random requests anyway that looks for an install that may not be fully secure.
