I have uploaded through fileZilla, but when I go to my website, it redirects to ns1.digitalocean.com and then I get the above error. I followed all the steps in all tutorials regarding installation and configuration of the droplet, so I am not quite sure where to go from here. I used SSH and my files come from a Lumen Application.

If your browser is attempting to load ns1.digtialocean.com as a web page you have a pretty serious issue in your configuration. ns1.digitalocean.com is a DNS server and does not serve web content. To ensure that your domain is properly pointed to your droplet I recommend following this guide.
