Hello,
I want to create a mailserver on CentOS 6. It should only send emails, not receive.
A user with account ‘me@company.com’ & ‘you@example.net’ can use the server. A user with account ‘her@ladybug.info’ may not use the server. A machine with IP 12.13.14.15 can use the server. All other IP’s may not use the server.
Does anyone has a good tutorial for this question? I hope someone can help me on the way.
Thanks.

Take a look at postfix. It’s a bit of a bear to configure, but it’ll do what you want it to do.
