[Ticket #4861089] Account Locked We just subscribed to your service and when we added a paypal account and purchased $10, it processed, then refunded it then we are automatically locked out?

Our automated security tooling identified patterns that suggest your account is not eligible for activation, which resulted in an account lock. After review by our support staff, we have determined that restoring access to your account will not be possible.
Note: Any PayPal payments, pre-authorization card charges initiated on sign up have been refunded and will post as soon as it clears. A pre-authorization card charge is only a temporary authorization hold, and no funds are being transferred from your card or account to DigitalOcean. The hold will be released by your bank within a few weeks, and in many cases much sooner. You will see those amounts reflect in the coming week, probably sooner.
