Hi @mrafi6716 Because this is not a managed service, so support can take up to 48 hours to respond.
DigitalOcean provides self-managed support (which some refer to as unmanaged support), though we’re normally pretty quick to respond depending on the issue and the amount of troubleshooting that is required to resolve it.
The community is, of course, here for peer-to-peer support, so you’re more than welcome to post any issues here as well. We have plenty of active members, and we’re actively looking to make it better for everyone :-).
