I can’t run apt update due to the repositories not having Release files anymore, can anyone help fix this please?

The issue seems to be some kind of provisioning error. I blew away the offending repo and rebuilt it with the exact same parameters and now it works. It’s not a fix, but at least I can get a droplet running.
DO should get to the bottom of this. Here’s the errors I was generating on the old droplet:
