Hello my name is Trevor and I have been experiencing some problems with my account. I’ve bought a VPS currently today and I paid $5 for the VPS server, Once I’ve paid for the VPS server it showed up with the screen “Account Locked, This team account has been temporarily locked. The ticket you filed will be looked at soon” and I looked on the forums page and I’ve seen people saying it takes 5-10 minutes for the verification process to go threw and its been like 10-15 minutes and I’ve already email conformation the account today and I’ve also logged into Google to verify me and i still don’t get why its not working. Please respond to this problem ASAP!
