After I set up Webmin, when I go to the prescribed page that was set up by script to log in and use the software I get “This site can’t be reached server IP address could not be found.”
How do I fix this?

Webmin usually runs on port 10000, if you have a firewall, you would need to make sure that the port is open.
For example, if you are using ufw you can open the port with:
- sudo ufw allow 10000
