I topped up my credit at $5, and I have my Droplet limit at 10. But the system always told me “You are unable to create a droplet at this time”. So, I was so angry and asked my money back. I though DigitalOcean will help me solve my problem but not. They just got my money back directly. Please help solving the system problem first.
