Finally, after two days, my ticket was answered: It looks like there may have been a problem with the PayPal payment, or a problem with our system recognizing that payment which prevented the payment from activating your account. As a result, I have refunded your payment using PayPal’s automated system. It should clear as soon as it posts.
So what happened then? I’ve been waiting for more than a week, I also submitted a ticket but they didn’t fix it for me yet
