          We care greatly about customer experience and we have a large support team dedicated to responding to customer enquiries, as well as this public Q&A where we have a team of community managers who are dedicated to answering questions.

          However, we receive a huge volume of support tickets and with a human response required for almost all of them, this takes us some time so, unfortunately, responses aren’t instant.

          If you’re having an issue with support response times currently, please let me know the ticket number and I’ll try to get it escalated for you.

my account also Locked after add the card detail payment for Registration
i’ve also create a ticket but they only say :

Guys fix this! As a customer I get the idea that you are betraying my trust and rubbing me of money. Thus I loose my trust in the platform and would not recommend it to anyone.
Locking user directly after payment (but not before) - this is a NO GO!
