I cannot get past account verification. It shows as validating, then it stops and I cannot click ‘save payment method’ to proceed to the next step. I’ve tried three different credit cards and double-checked everything and it won’t let me proceed.

I would recommend opening a ticket to our billing team. They can look into this further.

The question is are you a student and plan to pay less than 50$ for this account. I have no prolem with validating my card before but this time when I answer question like that my I can’t get pass validating too.
