My app https://monkfish-app-inj3v.ondigitalocean.app/ must redirect to www.shintairyu.nl. I changed from domeinname provider and let them add the ns1, ns2 and ns3 names from digitalocean but it does not work.

This is actually now supported; you can also edit the app spec to redirect starter domain traffic to an app’s custom domain.
