Generate file outside of Docker container during build

Hi DigitalOcean community!
I am trying to deploy a simple Docker container to the App Platform. However, I am using Gurobi in my Docker container (gurobi/python:9.5.2), which requires a gurobi.lic file on the host system. Unfortunately, as far as I know, it’s not possible to add a file manually to the host container with AP. Is it possible to generate a file on the host system during the build phase (e.g., via Dockerfile)? Any assistance is appreciated, thank you!
PS. What also might work is first executing a script that generates the file, and then build and run the docker container. Would this be possible with App Platform?

In the end, the file was not required outside the container, so I was able to fix it. If anyone needs a file outside their Docker container, sorry, I still don’t know if this is possible.
