Github SDP Credits not received

I used my Github SDP account to get digital ocean credits, as soon as I authorized my account and updated the billing info, I received an Email stating that the credits have been credited to my account. I am not able to see the credits in the billing section and the main issue is that the billing period is about to end and thus I have to initiate the payment soon

I have just gone ahead myself now and redeemed my $200 Github SDP DigitalOcean credits. Not only have I also recieved the “DigitalOcean - Here’s your credit” titled email confirming this but also do indeed see my $200 credits in the Credits section on the “Billing” page.

Go to your accounts billing page via Billing and scroll down to find the Credits section (right under the **Payment methods ** section)

Me neither :(

Same problem here, can’t view my available credits.
