Question

GZIP + Brotli support for App Platform

Hey guys,

I’ve deployed a static website using App platform. It’s a single page application so keeping the JS bundle as light as possible is critical. I don’t see any options to setup serving gzip/brotli assets for browsers that support it. For now, the CSS and JS are all uncompressed which isn’t ideal.

Is this possible to setup right now? I didn’t see anything on the GUI or the App specification (https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/app-platform/references/app-specification-reference/)

if not support, is this something on your roadmap?
