How can I paste commands into Bash on Windows?

I’ve tried CTRL+C and CTRL+V but neither seems to work.

Right-click on the window bar, choose Edit, then Paste.

You can also right-click to paste if you enable QuickEdit mode. To do that, right-click on the window bar and open Properties:

In the Properties pane on the Options tab, check the box by QuickEdit Mode, then click the OK button.
