I want to reboot my app like once a day. How do I do it in code? Can I do a normal server reboot command? API?

Hey!
You can now restart App Platform apps without fetching the latest changes from your app’s repository. This feature is useful for restarting apps stuck in a connection loop or deadlock.
If you need to, you can also can do that with the doctl
CLI:
doctl apps restart <app id> [flags]
Or the API:
curl -X POST \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $DIGITALOCEAN_TOKEN" \
"https://api.digitalocean.com/v2/apps/{app_id}/restart"

Hey @skeddtemp,
Hi @skeddtemp,
I don’t think there is such functionality at the moment. Having said that your feedback on it is definitely helpful. We may support this in the future, so stay tuned.
The best thing to do to get your voice heard regarding this would be to head over to our Product Ideas board and post a new idea, including as much information as possible for what you’d like to see implemented.
Hope that helps! - KFSys.
