Currently I have some larger files in my project that are essential to the application, but aren’t under version control due to size. How do I access these files in my application? The two ways I can think of are
In the short-term I would like to use #2 as the files aren’t stable and are changing frequently, but I’m not sure how. Is there a tutorial or can anyone walk me through it? Thanks in advance for the help.

Indeed for such large files that are not checked into git, I would personally go for putting them on an object storage like the DigitalOcean Spaces.
The way that you could do this would depend on the tech stack and framework that you are using.
