How to install tesseract and xpdf to DO app?

tesseract and xpdf helps me to extract text from pdf files and images. While development on the localhost I just used homebrew to install these. I can’t understand how to install them on DO apps.
Should I use components - workers?

SOLUTION: to install any library to your app on the App platform you need to use docker file. You can not use console with full rights, because you are not a root user.

It should actually be as easy as running sudo apt install tesseract-ocr. I did it a few months back and I remember having trouble with sudo aswell. I believe in the end I just had to reset my sudo password ;-) I struggled a whole day with this at the time.
