What is the reason for this report?

Immediately admin locked after signing up and funding my account.

My account locked out after funding account. Please expedite on it. My Ticket id is: Ticket #3389949

I created this ticket 2 weeks ago. I will highly appreciate if someone from DO can resolve this issue.

I hope do want to retain customer with better services.
