Is it possible to customise the appname.ondigitalocean.app domain to remove the random numbers?

As I was setting up a new static site from a template, I realised that my app’s domain address had a different domain then I expected.
instead of app-name.ondigitalocean.app it was app-name-XXXXX.ondigitalocean.app
the Xs were four or five random characters
Is there any way to remove those characters (Currently on the free tier)?

Thanks for reaching out. There is no way to remove those characters. They ensure that the domain is unique. We recommend registering a domain name and adding that to your app for custom domains.
