Problem with heroku-php-apache in php app-platform

I’m having a problem with my app platform. It is one PHP 8.2 application with Laravel framework. The problem happens in deployment. After the build, the console shows me the error in the attachment. I don’t know what is this. What have I to do to fix it? I wasn’t having this problem today when I deployed this application. But when I was rebuilding the application it happened.

I made contact with Digital Ocean support. They helped me to solve this problem decreasing my Ubuntu version from 22 to 18 in spec.yml. They explained to me that this problem is on the new Ubuntu release. I changed and the problem disappeared. They told me to wait while they solved it problem in Ubuntu 22 to make an update on my app.
I have the same problem. When I created a new fresh, it works. :/
it seems that the buildpack that detects php stops working after a while.
It will only work again when you create a new APP
