Question

Requested runtime python-3.10.13 not available for this stack (heroku-22)

I am getting the following error when deploying my Django Application:

[2023-10-23 11:10:01] ╭──────────── app build ───────────╼

Everything points to python-3.10.13 being available on heroku-22.

It is explicitly mentioned in the link provided:

I see some related issues with Python buildbacks in the last few days, what’s going on?

Hi there,

Thank you for reporting this issue!

A quick fix here would be to remove the runtime.txt file so that your app would use the default Python version.

I’ve also reported this internally and I’ve got a confirmation that the versions that you are asking for will be available with the next buildpack update.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Best,

Bobby
