Which steps should I take to solve this issue?

Hi there,
By default .png
files should not be filtered. Does it happen to all .png
files or just a specific one that you are trying to upload?
Besides, that you could edit your wp-config.php
and add the following line:
define('ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS', true);
Best place to add this is right above the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
line.
Let me know how it goes. Regards, Bobby
