A bot on python tried to set up a telegram bot, but it did not respond to requests. Launched it on my PC - everything works fine. What to do?

Can you please share more details on the python script? How exactly are you executing the script on your PC and also are you running Ubuntu 20.04 on your PC as well?
If the script is returning error messages you can share them here so we can see if your Ubuntu droplet is missing some dependencies/packages.
