Unable to create support ticket

I get this error when trying to create a support ticket:

Thanks for the report, I’ve looped in the relevant folks and will get an update to you asap.

Also struggling, pretty sure I’ve raised tickets previously. I can’t see anything in my closed tickets either, not sure if related.

Same issue here. Augh… frustrating to run into a bug while trying resolve a bug

Also getting this issue. Currently prevented from creating any more Kubernetes clusters until we contact support… which we can’t do.

Sorry about this, it looks like our engineering team has taken a look at the issue and this should now be resolved.

You should be able to create support tickets once again!
