Unable to create support ticket

I get this error when trying to create a support ticket:
[{"message":"Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, External users may not own tickets.: [OwnerId]"}]

I’m unable to either, its my first time using this site and im having issues
Also struggling, pretty sure I’ve raised tickets previously. I can’t see anything in my closed tickets either, not sure if related.
Same issue here. Augh.. frustrating to run into a bug while trying resolve a bug
Also getting this issue. Currently prevented from creating any more Kubernetes clusters until we contact support… which we can’t do.
