Hello everyone, I am running a Digital Ocean Ubuntu 20.04 Server through my terminal on Windows Powershell, and when I try to paste copied text or commands onto the terminal in order to execute a command, it does not materialize. This happens when I copy anything from the terminal itself or even from the web and try to paste it beside a command. How do I solve it? I reckon it is a problem on the server configuration because when I ssh out of the server and back onto my local PC’s terminal, everything works out well when I try to copy and paste commands, i.e using CTRL + C and CTRL + V . I have seen the many links shared but they do not address this issue and seem to rely only on the context of the Digital Ocean web console, which is not in my case. Could you please assist me to figure out what is not happening on my side? I have checked all problems related to this copy and paste error on Digital Ocean and none works, I also commented under one of the posts and no one is yet to reply, so I decided I will post a separate question myself, this problem is really frustrating me, I am using free credits on my Digital Ocean and they will end soon, the more this problem isn’t solved on my side the more time and money is being wasted on my side and I won’t be able to do my projects because of this, so I am really begging for help from you guys at Digital Ocean since it is an error with your system, I have used VMs on other cloud platforms like Azure and GCP and they never have this error, I freely ssh into a created VM and copy and paste commands and text without any issues, I just don’t know what’s wrong with Digital Ocean’s VMs. Thank you.

Hello, @kcelestinomaria127
I will recommend you to use an ssh-client like PuTTY in order to use the copy/paste functionality without experiencing issues.
