Hi there Eric,
I’ve just tested this and it seems to be working as expected. An upload window opens up where you can choose your .yaml file from your local PC and upload it and replace it.
I could suggest trying to refresh your page and give it a try again if this still does not work, I could suggest checking your web browser’s console.
