When I signed up I was offered $100 promotional credit...

Hi, I was offered a $100 credit when I signed up for Digital Ocean. Now that I am signed up, I cannot find the credit in my account. What happened?

Hello there,

Your balance can be found by clicking on the box in the upper right of the page in the control panel and clicking “Billing”.

There’s a “Remaining account credits” section that appears at the very top of the billing page. Above the “Estimated costs for this billing period” section.

If the credit is not available in your account you can reach out to our support team.
