i Bind two credit cards, one is ok,but the other no refund after deduction

I may not be looking at everything but I’m of the opinion that we’ve never billed you on a credit card. If you added a card with us and saw a charge, I would suggest that this is a preauth in which we test the card’s ability to accept a charge, but never actually capture the funds. If you don’t see that disappear in 2-3 business days, you should definitely call your bank.

If you’re certain we directly charged your card, then it may be true that I’m not seeing everything relevant, and to get more specific I’d prefer to keep the rest of the discussion private by opening a ticket with our support team:
