Hello @335d18b40d624fa8afec4020b892f9
Make sure to whitelist your IP address before connecting. This prevents brute force password and denial-of-service attacks from any server not explicitly permitted to connect.

Hey @335d18b40d624fa8afec4020b892f9,
Have you added your IP address to the Trusted Sources of your Managed Database? Additionally, are you using the connection details listed in your account?
What I’ll recommend you to also check would be the following Docs page : https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/databases/mysql/how-to/connect/#connect-to-the-database
In it you have a step by step guide on how to connect to your Managed Database using MySQL Workbench.
