Question

Dashboard shows older version of Ubuntu after several upgrades.

When I created my droplet the OS version was “Ubuntu 18.04.3 (LTS) x64”. I have upgraded my droplet several times since then. However the version displayed in the dashboard is still showing “Ubuntu 18.04.3 (LTS) x64”. Is there some way to updating the version in the dashboard to display the true version of my droplet, which is now at 22.04?

Hello @mattfricker

The dashboard is listing the image that was used during the initial droplet deployment, in your case -Ubuntu 18.04 (LTS) x64 and not listing the running OS of the droplet at the moment. If you believe that this option should exist as a feature you can raise it as product idea.

The best thing to do to get your voice heard regarding this would be to head over to our Product Ideas board and post a new idea, including as much information as possible for what you’d like to see implemented.
