Error while MySQL migration

I am trying to start migration with a user below and receiving error No databases to migrate.

mysql> show grants for replica@'%';
| Grants for replica@%                            |

As per Bobby’s answer you would need to grant permission for the user as well.

In case you need only select you grant only this permission. If you need to insert, delete as well then you can grant all privileges and then run the flush privileges query command.

Hi there,

Did you also grant the following permission to the target user:

GRANT ALL ON <database-name>.* TO 'username'@'%';

And to get the permissions to take effect, reload the grant tables by running:
