I have a very simple strapi application that I want to run on App Platform, after some unsuccessful deployments caused by my own mistakes I’ve been finally able to successfully deploy. But only to find out that on my next commit and automatic build deploys started to fail again - saying that it couldn’t initialise cache.

I’ve tried to manually deploy and force deploy but no luck in fixing the problem.

I have checked your App and it seems to be throwing unexpected status code 504 Gateway Timeout upon pushing the image to the registry. We have an internal ticket open for this error and engineering is looking into this issue.
In the meantime, I would appreciate you open a ticket from the cloud panel so that support can get back to you on this.

  • Any updates on this? This seems to be an issue for my app as well.
