Pricing 3 environments

Hello all. How are different environments priced (dev, qa, prod). Suppose my app requires a Droplet, DB and App Platform (totaling about $19/month).
Assuming I’ll have a dev, qa and prod environments, will that translate to 19 * 3 = $57/month (give or take, given actual use), or are there any shared pricing calculations taking place?

While it depends on the specific usage and requirements, it’s possible that it could translate to nearly 3 times the cost you mentioned. However you can host the 3 environments on a single droplet and this will not require for you to pay 3 times the price of the droplet.
