Python serverless functions doens't recognize common package Pandas

Hi,

Ive deployed a serverless function which uses pandas. However it seems it cannot find the module.

Log: Activation Id: 865c22ff249041869c22ff249051865b 2022-10-27T09:09:52.880037388Z stderr: Invalid action: No module named ‘pandas’ 2022-10-27T09:09:52.881815Z stderr: The action did not initialize or run as expected. Log data might be missing.

code (as an example): import pandas as pd

def main(args): name = args.get(“name”, “stranger”) greeting = "Hello " + name + “!” print(greeting) return {“body”: greeting}

Why is this the case? Can I install packages somehow?

Hi there,

Yes, you can install python packages. Here is a quick demo project that you could use as a blueprint for how to do that:

Let me know if you have any questions!
