What is the reason for this report?

404 Error on Nginx server with php5-fpm

I am getting a 404 error on my Nginx server running wordpress. The following error is on my nginx error log. Does anyone know why I am having this issue. Please let me know what other information would be helpful to add to the questions to diagnose the issue.

Error on Nginx error log:
