What is the reason for this report?

404 not found error on sudo aptitude install php5-cgi php5-mysql

I have created a ubuntu 12.04 droplet and installed lighttpd server on it. movingon and typing sudo aptitude install php5-cgi php5-mysql to install PHP fastcgi is giving me a 404 not found error and package is not downloaded. What should i do to install the whole correctly and install wordpress with w3 total cache
