I have submitted all verification information requested and here we are 5 hours later and still the service I've paid for is completely locked out. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially since I know someone who signed up in February who says they didn't have to go through any of this crap. Either give me access to what I paid for or send my money back.

THis seems to be regular SOP for DO. Its killing small developers who are losing clients.

Maybe if we hurt them in the reputation sone they will stop beating up on the small developer.

Maybe that will wake them up.
