502 Bad Gateway - PHP myadmin nginx

As I was following through the tutorial on the same topic (https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-linux-nginx-mysql-php-lemp-stack-ubuntu-18-04) and (https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-secure-nginx-with-let-s-encrypt-on-ubuntu-18-04) I successfully, can run info.php and use HTTPS but after that I installed and run it up according to the topic.

sudo tail -30 /var/log/nginx/error.log

Looking at the error, I can see you are trying to access

http://127.0.0.1:8080/phpmyadmin

Are you sure there is anything listening on port 8080? You can check that by going in your droplet and typing in the following command

netstat -tulpen | grep 8080

Please let me know the output
