A problem impossible to Happen to anyone except me ,,, We were unable to log you in to the support portal. Error: Unable to find a user !!!!
I hope everyone will save me as soon as possible. Yesterday was the first time I tried hosting, I made an e-mail and registered and when I paid for Paypal, I was told that my account was closed. I don’t know why ?, when I was trying to register to the service’s website Customers were told
(We were unable to log you in to the support portal.
Error: Unable to find a user) !! …
So I made another email and contacted customer service and told them that I was in trouble, was their response

What should I do, is this a mistake in the data base or what?
