When you make a payment with PayPal, it will add credits to your account. On the billing page, the number on the left is the ammount of credit on your account. On the right is your current month’s usage. If you have more credits than current usage, you won’t owe anything at the end of the month.
If you need further help with billing questions, open a support ticket so the tam can take a look at your account.
