have Denial of service attack as per your email that was sent to us to keep my static IP as below:
1- take a snapshot
2- create rebuild my droplet to my snapshot

After the droplet has been ready to work i found its still not accessible from outside Digital Ocean console, So please advice us.

Hey friend,

Did we send a ticket saying “Network disabled” in this case? If so, we need to re-enable it from our side. If you reply to that ticket, our Trust & Safety team will have that request in their queue.
