What is the reason for this report?

Hello my account has been locked please help!!! I believe a member of my team tried to sign up with the same credit card and billing info please help me !!!

This is why I always tell people it’s not a good idea to put all your eggs into one basket. This is why I have a Vultr account in case D.O tries anything

just waiting on a response but it is taking forever…meanwhile all my sites / business is down
