Account Has Been Locked

Hello my account has been locked please help!!!!! I believe a member of my team tried to sign up with the same credit card and billing info please help me !!!!

  • Are you sure the reason is not something else? It would be absurd to lock an account because the same credit card was used to sign up for another account. How would it matter to DigitalOcean which card was used?

This isn't support. I believe you'll want to contact support@digitalocean.com

just waiting on a response but it is taking forever...meanwhile all my sites / business is down

This is why I always tell people it's not a good idea to put all your eggs into one basket. This is why I have a Vultr account in case D.O tries anything
