Account locked after verifying billing (credit card). When will it be activated? What steps are still needed to be done (already filled out a form).

Reply to the verification ticket and wait.

  • already responded. Just thought that since I submitted them, it shouldn’t be locked. The locked info is also misleading because it says I am flagged, instead of saying just wait for the verification process to complete.

    Anyways, how long does it usually take before verification is completed?
