Account verification email

For the past couple months, I’ve tried logging into my DO account and there’s never a verification email sent. I’ve checked the Quarantine and made sure digitalocean is whitelisted for this to occur. I’m using O365 and have made no changes to my rules. I have no problem receiving email from so many others, so why don’t I receive a verification email? This needs to be addressed as I need to access my account.

That’s a pretty strange issue. I know you’ve probably done it a million times but have you checked your Spam folder?

Alternatively, you can reach out DigitalOcean’s amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue! :)

Once you do, if you have a ticket number, you can pass it here and I’ll try and speed up the response by putting a tag here on the question.

  • The problem with submitting a ticket is that you have to be able to login first. As for the spam folder, not only have I checked that, but I’ve verified it’s not in quarantine and I’ve even whitelisted DO.
