Hello all , I am new to Digital Ocean . My account is under review . They asked me to provide govt ID’s like Passport or Driving license which I don’t have . So I asked them if I could verify my identity by govt id like PAN card or VOTER id Card .
In response mail they said , " The information that you have provided matches patterns that we relate to abuse. Because of this, the lock will remain on the account and no further information is required from you. "
